Hygienic Soy Milk Centrifuge CIP Cleaning Design Stainless Steel Sanitary

Food safety audits increasingly ask not only what a machine separates, but how thoroughly it can be cleaned and how easily the cleaning result can be proven. The HD-DEC-320H has been developed for exactly this requirement. Every part of the machine that touches soy milk is made from AISI 316L stainless steel with a polished surface below 0.8 micrometres, all joints are welded and finished flush, the bowl housing is free of internal crevices and horizontal surfaces where slurry could collect, and the frame and covers are sloped so that rinse water drains completely to the outlet.

Cleaning is designed into the machine rather than added to it. Spray balls installed in the bowl housing and in the collecting chamber distribute cleaning solution over the full internal surface, the CIP circuit shares the production piping, and the control system runs a validated sequence of pre-rinse, alkaline wash, intermediate rinse, acid wash and final rinse with temperature and conductivity confirmation at every step. Because the sequence is stored as a recipe and logged automatically, the plant can present a cleaning record for each production batch during an audit. For plants producing fresh soy milk with a short shelf life, this level of hygiene control is not a luxury but a basic requirement.

• Food Grade Seals and Elastomers: All seals are EPDM or PTFE certified for food contact and rated for the temperatures used in hot soy slurry and in alkaline cleaning, reducing swelling and seal failure compared with industrial grade alternatives.
• Mirror Polished Product Contact: The bowl, scroll, housing and outlet chamber are polished to a roughness below 0.8 micrometres, which limits fouling, shortens cleaning time and makes visual inspection practical after each wash.
• Open Frame Accessibility: Quick release covers on both sides of the bowl housing give direct access to the bowl, the scroll and the solids discharge area for inspection and maintenance without dismantling piping.
• Batch Traceability: The control system records bowl speed, feed rate, discharge torque and cleaning parameters for every production run, and exports the log as a batch report that can be attached to quality documentation.

The machine is chosen by soy milk and tofu producers who supply retail chains, food service groups and export markets where food safety documentation is mandatory, and by plants producing fresh, chilled and extended shelf life soy beverages. It also suits other hygienic separation duties in the food industry, including rice and nut milk, coconut cream, fruit juice with pulp and fermented plant based products. The centrifuge is cleaned, dried and wrapped in a food grade protective film, the bowl is locked, and the unit is fixed to a fumigated wooden base inside a seaworthy plywood case with a desiccant bag and humidity indicator. Seals, spray balls, the tool kit and the control cabinet are packed in separate labelled crates. The documentation set includes the operation and maintenance manual, the validated cleaning procedure with parameter table, the material and surface finish certificates, electrical drawings and the factory test report.
