Q2. How do you guarantee product quality?
Production follows signed back samples with strict testing throughout the manufacturing process
Products undergo strict sampling inspection or 100% inspection as required before shipping to ensure packaging integrity
Q3. Can you provide samples? Are they free or do we need to pay?
For products without logos or special patterns (most are in stock), we don't charge sample fees, though shipping costs apply. For special products or items not in stock, there will be sample fees and freight charges. Sample fees are refunded with your first order.
Q4. How do you deliver products?
By sea, by air, or by courier services including DHL, UPS, FEDEX, and TNT.
Q5. What are your payment terms?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) - 30% TT in advance, balance before shipment.
