A: For standard model of outdoor display, normally need 2-3 working weeks. For customized project, the production time need to be confirmed accordingly (around 5-6 working weeks).
Q: What's your warranty term?
A: Our product warranty is one year under normal use. All products ordered will be covered by parts replacement warranty. Should any faulty product be identified, we shall ship replacement components free of charge.
Q: What's the outdoor LCD display working temperature range?
A: With air flow cooling system, working temperature range is -10℃ to 60℃.
Q: What's your outdoor LCD screen brightness?
A: For outdoor display, we have 1500nits to 5000nits high brightness LCD panel options available.
