1.Q: Are you a factory?

2.Q: What’s sample production time?
A: For standard model of outdoor display, normally need 2-3 working weeks. For customized project, the production time need to be confirmed accordingly. (Around 5-6 working weeks)
3.Q:What’s your warranty term?
A: Our product Warranty--one year under normal use. Definition – All products ordered will be covered by a parts replacement warranty. Should any faulty product be identified by customer, customer shall inform us of the component
that is faulty, and we shall ship a replacement component to CUSTOMER free of charge.
