Production Process

Peeling and Cutting: Raw bamboo is processed into veneers with a curvature tolerance of ±0.05mm, then stamped using molds to create clean, uniform edges.
Polishing: Friction polishing is performed in industrial drums for 4-6 hours; no chemical agents or coatings are used.
High-Temperature Drying & Moisture Control: Moisture content is strictly controlled below 12% to prevent mold during transport.
Sorting: A combination of mechanical sorting and visual inspection ensures product quality.
High-Temperature Hot Pressing: Tableware is molded at temperatures between 160°C and 180°C.
Metal Detection: All finished products pass through industrial metal detectors before being packed into cartons.
