Applying hydrophilic coating, the sheath can reduce surface friction, then ease the damage to the ureter. Intended for one-time use.
The Ureteral Access Sheath is essential for performing ureteral soft endoscopy and ureteral soft endoscopy Ho: YAG laser lithotripsy. During ureteral soft endoscopy, the patient takes the lithotomy position after general anesthesia in the operating room, disinfects and spreads the surgical field, and then enters the bladder through a hard endoscope, mainly a cystoscope. Observe the bilateral ureteral openings, and then place a zebra guide wire under the guidance of the zebra guide wire, The ureteroscope sheath needs to be inserted into the ureter.

The sheath is mainly placed at the junction of the renal pelvis and ureter all the way to the lower segment of the ureter, so the ureteroscope can directly enter the kidney through the sheath, and then undergo surgery.
