Usage: Dufour Tip has evenly shaped, open and angled tip with 2 sets of large, opposite eyes. It is used on male patients for big blood clot suction after prostatectomy operation.
Couvelaire tip and its 2 set s of opposite large drainage eyes provides rapid and effective removal of blood clots and debris. It is suitable for newly operated patients and in situation where there are significant blood clots and sediments.

Method of bladder flushing with a large flow catheter
(1) Closed flushing method: that is, the infusion bottle is rinsed, the medicine solution is rinsed or placed inside the infusion bottle, and hung on the bedside infusion stand. The bottle is about 1 meter high from the patient's pelvis, connected to a tee under the infusion tube, and then connected to a urine tube and a drainage tube respectively. The height of the tee is slightly lower than the pubic symphysis plane to facilitate the emptying of fluid in the bladder. When flushing, first clamp the drainage tube and inject the flushing solution at a rate of 60 drops per minute. After each injection of 100ml, clamp the infusion tube and open the drainage tube, allowing the flushing solution to flow out. Repeat this process for 3-4 times each time.
