Product Description
Our sterile medical instrument covers are manufactured from medical-grade transparent PE material using a single molding process. The thin, flexible design offers exceptional light transmittance, enabling clear visibility of instrument screens, control buttons, and probe data without interfering with real-time monitoring and equipment adjustments during surgical procedures.
These covers create a complete waterproof and impermeable barrier that effectively blocks blood, disinfectants, irrigation fluids, dust, and skin flakes during surgery. This prevents direct contact between instruments and contaminated media, significantly reducing the risk of cross-infection between medical staff and patients.
The edges feature highly elastic drawstrings that conform to various instrument contours including probes, laparoscope lenses, ultrasound equipment, surgical microscopes, and operating handles, preventing slippage and displacement. Ideal for operating rooms, endoscopy suites, ultrasound departments, and multiple clinical scenarios.
Designed for single use only with optional individual sterile packaging using ethylene oxide sterilization. Simply open the packaging and cover the instrument directly, eliminating the need for repeated cleaning and sterilization processes. This significantly reduces the workload of medical staff while extending the service life of precision medical instruments and reducing equipment maintenance costs.

Instructions for Use
Wash hands thoroughly before operation. Open the individual sterile packaging and remove the complete cover, avoiding contact with the inside surface.
Align the open end with the instrument body and slowly pull downward from the top to cover the entire device, ensuring complete coverage without exposed areas.
Tighten the elastic edge to fit the instrument base, smoothing out wrinkles. The transparent layer should fully expose control panels for easy observation.
Operate the instrument normally throughout the treatment process. Liquid splashes and contaminants will adhere only to the outer layer.
After use, pinch the outer side of the cover opening and peel upward. Turn inside out to wrap contaminants and dispose as medical waste.
Before replacing with a new cover, check the instrument surface for stains. Repeat the process to ensure single-use protection.
