1.Product basic information of 80 amp EV fuse
This series ev fuse suitable to use on rated voltage of 1000VDC,rated current of 10A-800A,breaking capacity of DC20KA/AC100KA,suitable for applications in Electric Vehicles (EV) or Hybrid EV are relatively new in the industry and they could be regarded as a crossover product between low voltage fuse and automotive fuse.
2.Structure of the EV fuse:
The fuse tubes of electric vehicles are made of high temperature resistant ceramic materials, which have high fire resistance and solid hardness.
The melt is sealed in a smelting tube so that 99.99% of the pure silver becomes a variable cross section melt. The smelting pipe is filled with chemically treated high purity quartz sand and specially treated chemical materials for arc to extinguish agglomeration.

Packing method, shipping, storage
Avoid rain and snow and mechanical damage during packaging and transportation.
Storage temperature
Products storage temperature: -40°C ~ 105°C. The relative humidity is not more than 70% when 40°C. The relative humidity is not more than 80% when 30°C. The relative humidity is not more than 90% below 20°C.
Packaging storage temperature: -40°C ~ 70°C. The relative humidity is not more than 40% when 40°C. The relative humidity is not more than 50% when 30°C. The relative humidity is not more than 90% below 20°C, no condensation.
Fuses can be stored for average 1 year when the relative humidity ≦75%.
Not in the open air, fuses can be stored at most 30 days when the relative humidity 95%.
The number of stacking layers of the outer packaging carton does not exceed 5 layers; the total stacking height does not exceed 1.5m, and should take measures to prevent collapse.
Fireproof, waterproof, and avoid contact with liquid, prevent sharp objects from penetrating, damage the cabinet, avoid contact with corrosive substances and gases.
