Optimized for HRC65° Extreme Hardness: Manufactured from an ultra-fine/nano-grade solid carbide (tungsten steel) substrate. It delivers exceptional red-hardness and high transverse rupture strength, allowing it to withstand the severe mechanical stresses of cutting heat-treated and quenched steels.
Advanced Blue-Purple / Iridescent Nano-Coating: Coated with a state-of-the-art multi-layer nano-composite coating specially formulated for hard milling. This coating provides a surface hardness exceeding and outstanding oxidation resistance, rendering it excellent for high-speed, dry-milling operations.
High-Rigidity Ball Nose & Robust Core Web: As demonstrated in the close-up, the spherical cutting edge is precision-ground with a reinforced core web design. This configuration maximizes cutting edge strength, drastically reducing micro-chipping at the spherical tip and ensuring excellent dimensional accuracy during continuous profiling.
Extended Tapered Neck Clearance: Features an extended, reduced-diameter neck that progressively widens into a taper toward the shank.
