High Hardness Substrate (HRC 60°): Crafted from premium micro-grain tungsten carbide, achieving a core hardness of HRC 60°. This balance of high hardness and excellent toughness prevents chipping during high-speed and heavy-load machining.
Colorful Nano-Coating: The innovative rainbow/colorful composite coating provides an ultra-low friction coefficient (approx. 0.2–0.3) and superior thermal stability. It drastically reduces cutting heat and resistance, eliminating the tendency of soft metals like aluminum and copper to weld to the cutting edge.
Optimized U-Chip Flute Geometry: Specifically designed with wide, deep U-shaped flutes to accommodate the long, continuous chips characteristic of aluminum and copper. This enables rapid chip clearance, prevents tool breakage due to chip clogging, and ensures excellent surface finishes.
