Micro-Diameter Cutting Geometry: Featuring an ultra-small cutting diameter, this tool is perfectly capable of handling intricate engraving, high-precision narrow slotting, and miniature electronics component milling.
Tapered Long-Neck Configuration: Engineered with an extended neck clearance that progressively thickens towards the shank (reinforced tapered neck structure). This layout allows the tool to submerge safely into narrow, deep cavities to avoid shank-workpiece collision while retaining maximum base rigidity.
Superior Rigidity & Anti-Chipping Design: Manufactured from premium micrograin or ultra-fine grain solid carbide (tungsten steel). To eliminate tool deflection ("tool push") and premature breakage common to long-reach micro-tools, the core web thickness and neck taper are strictly optimized to suppress vibration and chatter.
Advanced Nano-Composite Coating: The cutting zone and neck are protected by a premium bronze/copper-colored thermal-barrier coating (such as TiAlN/AlTiN nano-composite).
