The multi-tooth setup allows the cutter to machine a full-depth thread profile in a single or minimal number of helical passes, maximizing production efficiency.
Premium Solid Carbide Substrate: Crafted from high-density, ultra-fine micro-grain tungsten carbide, providing remarkable red-hardness and high bending strength. This ensures maximum tool rigidity during high-speed rotation, yielding precise thread forms without tapering or deflection.
Advanced Bronze Nano-Coating: Coated with a state-of-the-art, heat-resistant nano-composite layer (such as AlTiN).
