Inconel seamless pipe from Changzhou DLX Alloy Co., Ltd. is manufactured through the pierce-and-pilger or extrusion process followed by cold drawing and precision heat treatment — delivering the pressure integrity, corrosion resistance, and dimensional accuracy required for high-pressure, high-temperature piping systems across chemical processing, offshore oil & gas, and power generation industries. We supply 7 Inconel grades in seamless pipe form to ASTM B167, B444, and B829 standards, with full EN 10204 3.1 MTC traceability and hydrostatic or NDT testing on every order.

Pipe is specified by nominal pipe size (NPS) and wall schedule — common in process piping systems. DLX manufactures both. Specify NPS and schedule for pipe; OD and wall thickness for tube.
