Harsh environments do not corrode surfaces evenly — they find the weak point: a weld seam, an impurity site, a surface scale that hides an active pit. A solid pure nickel bar removes most of those weak points before service begins. With no weld seam, no internal voids and a passive film that re-forms after damage, N4 and N6 bars carry the corrosion resistance of pure nickel into marine, chemical, alkaline and high-temperature service. Salt-spray tested on production batches and documented per heat, they are the structural starting point when the environment gives no second chances.

A solid bar is corrosion geometry at its simplest: uniform cross-section, no joints, no cavities. Surface damage can be machined away and the passive film regenerates — options that welded or hollow structures do not offer.

Corrosion resistance is verified per batch, dimensions per bar. Production batches are sampled for ASTM B117 salt-spray performance alongside tensile, elongation and hardness checks; chemistry is composition-tested per heat, and bars are checked for diameter, length, straightness and surface. An EN 10204 3.1 MTC is issued on request.
Bars are end-capped, wrapped in moisture barrier film and packed in wooden crates; lot numbers trace back to the heat and melt record. Custom sizes are produced in 15–25 days, and free 0.5 kg samples are dispatched within 3–5 days.
