Micro wire is drawn to macro standards: 0.025 mm industrial grade nickel wire has to spool, feed and weld without surprises, batch after batch. Produced from Ni200/Ni201 pure nickel (≥99.2%/≥99.0% Ni) with N4 and N6 grades available, our micro wire is drawn to tolerance and verified per batch on our own nickel-only line — 1 kg MOQ, N6/Ni200 free samples of 0.5 kg, and 3-7 day delivery for small lots, 7-15 days for standard production.
Wire is produced at 0.025 mm as specified, within the catalog wire range of 0.025-10 mm. Diameter tolerance, spool size and coil weight are confirmed against the drawing before production and locked in the batch record.
At 0.025 mm, drawing is a tolerance game: the wire is reduced through multiple passes with per-batch diameter gauging, so the finished micro wire feeds, weaves or reinforces without interruption.
Industrial service spans a purity spectrum: Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni) for general service, Ni201 (≥99.0% Ni, ≤0.02% C) for low-carbon stability, N6 (≥99.5% Ni+Co) for industrial corrosion, and N4 (≥99.9% Ni+Co) for the most demanding applications.
