This NP2 (N6) pure nickel wire delivers 35% elongation in the annealed state with a melting point of 1435-1446°C — flexible for forming and winding, dependable for industrial use. Nickel content is 99.5% minimum. Produced on our own nickel-alloy line, every spool is inspected per batch before packaging.

Elongation of 35% or more in the annealed state gives the wire the ductility to be formed, wound and assembled without cracking — a practical property for industrial parts that must bend before they serve. Temper is selected per application: soft for forming, harder tempers where the wire must hold shape.
Melting point of 1435-1446°C defines the upper service envelope, with a Curie temperature of 358°C and thermal conductivity of 70.2 W/m·K (Ni200). These anchors let engineers select wire for thermal duty with confidence.

Produced on our own nickel-alloy line, every spool passes chemical composition analysis, diameter inspection and surface checks in our in-house inspection process before packaging.
Wire is drawn from 0.025 to 10 mm with tolerances locked per drawing, in soft, hard and 1/2 hard tempers. The combination of diameter, temper and surface is confirmed against the application at order time.
