Southeast Asia's battery and filtration industries weave nickel wire into mesh by the kilometre — and mesh quality starts with wire diameter that never drifts. Our 0.025mm nickel wire for mesh is drawn from Ni201 (UNS N02201, ≥99.0% Ni) with a clean, uniform surface for continuous weaving, on spools sized to your line. Every batch is made on our own nickel-only line, inspected per batch and shipped with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates — 1 kg MOQ, 3-7 day delivery for small lots, 7-15 days for standard production.
Wire is produced at 0.025 mm as specified, within the catalog wire range of 0.025-10 mm. Diameter tolerance, spool size and coil weight are confirmed against the drawing before production and locked in the batch record.
Mesh opening size follows wire diameter and weaving tension: if the wire drifts in diameter, the openings drift with it. 0.025 mm wire is gauged per batch so the finished mesh holds its specification across the whole roll.
Ni201 (≥99.0% Ni, ≤0.02% C) keeps the carbon budget low for mesh that runs warm — battery mesh, filter mesh and shielding mesh all benefit from stable chemistry; Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni) is available where the standard grade is preferred.
Micro wire must feed and bend without breaking or kinking during weaving. The annealed soft condition with elongation of ≥35% keeps 0.025 mm wire workable, and the clean surface avoids snagging on guides and reeds.
