1. Base Material: Made of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP/OPP) film, produced via biaxial stretching process, featuring high tensile strength and a smooth surface.
2. Production Process: First, one side of the film is roughened by high-voltage corona treatment, then evenly coated with 8μm-28μm thick pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion, and finally slit into small rolls of different specifications.
3. Adhesive Performance: Uses acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive with strong initial adhesion (firm bonding immediately after pasting) and excellent holding power, preventing packaging from loosening during transportation and storage.
4. Appearance Traits: Transparent yellow in color, combining sealing function with simple identification and packaging beautification effects.
5. Common Specifications: Marked as "width × length × total thickness", with regular widths of 45mm/48mm, lengths of 50m/100m, and total thickness including film and adhesive layer.
