The substrate thickness uniformity is controlled within ±1.5μm, ensuring even force distribution during application. The tape surface undergoes corona treatment, achieving surface tension of 38 dyn/cm, significantly enhancing adhesive bonding effectiveness.
Usage Advantages
In practical applications, this tape exhibits excellent handling characteristics, with unwinding force stabilized in the range of 2.8-3.2N/cm. Its unique anti-static treatment effectively prevents dust accumulation, maintaining tape cleanliness.
