Description
The EVA foam filled fender uses polyurethane elastomer and as the buffer medium, which makes the ship have better anti-collision effect when it is near the ship or dock.
Polyurethane elastomer is a new kind synthetic polymer whose performance has both advantages of plastic and rubber. The high strength of plastic and good elasticity of rubber.

● Excellent oil resistance which is 4times of NBR.
● High mechanical strength.Its tensile intention and tear strength and burden capability are several times of common rubbers.

● Wide hardness range from Shore A100 adjustable.
Characteristic
► Having the capability of floating, not easily influenced by the ebb and flow of the tide.
► Bright colors. Various colors can be offered according to the customers demands.
► Compared with inflatable fender, it boasts the characteristics if safety and maintenance’ free with working life as long as 15 to 30 years, wanting no inflating, resistant to scarification, pricking, friction, seawater, acid and alkali.
► Solid but light,easy to install and move.
► When compressed to 60%, it’s reaction force grows obviously from little to largeness, and energy absorption is very high.
