Product Description
The MBR process uses membrane modules to replace the secondary settling tank in the traditional activated sludge process, which can carry out efficient solid-liquid separation and overcome the insufficient stability of the effluent water quality in the traditional process and the easy expansion of sludge. Strong impact resistance, high quality and stable effluent water quality, can completely remove SS. It also has a good retention effect on bacteria and viruses. Realize the complete separation of the reactor hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge age (SRT), making the operation control more flexible and stable.

Characteristics
The concentration of microorganisms in the bioreactor is high, which can be as high as 10g/L or more. The volume load of the treatment device is high, and the floor space is small, which reduces the volume required for nitrification. It is conducive to the interception and growth of slow-proliferating microorganisms, and the system nitrification efficiency is improved. It can prolong the hydraulic retention time of some refractory organics in the system, which is beneficial to improve the degradation efficiency of refractory organics. The yield of MBR surplus sludge is low, and even no surplus sludge is discharged, which reduces the cost of sludge treatment.
