Product Introduction

The advanced bottom-fed high-temperature dyeing machine is mainly applicable to natural or synthetic fibers, blended fibers (T/0, T/RT/), etc. for plain woven fabrics, as well as high-value ultra-fine fibers and composite fibers for dyeing and pre- and post-treatment. The fabric loading capacity of the machine is divided into: 50Kg, 100Kg, 3000Kg, 600Kg, 1200Kg, etc.

Main technical features

Low dyeing tension: The guide roller equipped with a variable-frequency motor can assist the movement of the fabric area, while the design of the front trough is positioned at a lower level, shortening the distance between the driven fabric wheel and the liquid surface, significantly reducing the looping tension during fabric transportation. High fabric relaxation effect and uniform dyeing: Due to the dyed fabric, a high-head main pump provides the flow of the sprayed dye solution. Thanks to the role of the untying device, the diffuser, and the secondary impact point at the machine tail, the fabric has a high degree of relaxation and rubbing. At the same time, the dyeing effect of the fabric is improved, and the wrinkles of the fabric are reduced. Wide speed adjustment range: Using the guide box and the impact point at the machine tail, the fabric can be arranged and piled up regularly even under high-speed operation. Combined with the control of the lifting fabric motor, the fabric speed can be adjusted within the range of 150-600 m/min at will. Nozzle: The gap can be adjusted according to different fabrics and processes to achieve the best effect.
