Working principle

After passing through the filter, the air enters the heating device and then goes to the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber. The hot air spirally and uniformly enters the flat chamber. The liquid is pumped by the feeding pump to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the drying chamber, causing the liquid to spray into extremely small droplets. This greatly increases the surface area between the material and the hot air, and the moisture evaporates rapidly. Within a very short time, the material is dried into granular products.
