Maintenance and Repair

The majority of the components of this series of dyeing machines are made of stainless steel. Their surfaces have undergone acid washing and passivation treatment. Therefore, during cleaning, steel brushes should not be used to scrub to avoid damaging the stainless steel surface. When disassembling and assembling all stainless steel parts, steel tools must not be used for knocking. Copper or wooden hammers can be used for regular inspections of the pot mouth locking mechanism and safety interlock device to ensure their safety and reliability. Also, check whether the safety interlock exhaust hole is unobstructed and free from blockages to prevent potential safety hazards.

It is not allowed for water to splash onto the motor. The pump should not be started without water. To prevent the mechanical seal from overheating and burning out due to high-speed friction, regular checks should be conducted on the sealing condition of the pump's mechanical seal. If severe leakage is detected, the pump should be immediately stopped for timely maintenance and replacement of the seal gasket. During the operation of the pump, if abnormal sounds are heard, the pump should also be stopped immediately for inspection. After the triangular spray pipe has been in use for a certain period of time, the front cover should be opened and the interior should be scrubbed and rinsed with a brush or a copper steel brush to prevent dirt from blocking the spray holes and affecting the dyeing quality. Regular checks should be conducted on the pressure gauge, safety valve and temperature measurement system to ensure their normal operation. The pressure gauge and safety valve should be inspected by the calculation department at least once a year.
