Optimized Duct Design – Core Advantage of High-Performance Recessed Air Curtains
The internal air duct structure determines the overall performance of an air curtain, and our recessed ceiling air curtain adopts scientifically optimized duct design to deliver outstanding airflow effect.
Traditional air curtains often suffer from scattered airflow and low sealing efficiency, while this product uses streamlined integrated duct to guide wind. Combined with high-performance motor and centrifugal impeller, it outputs uniform and concentrated airflow at 16-18 m/s. The air stream covers the entire doorway vertically without dead zones, forming a solid invisible barrier.
The optimized structure also reduces airflow turbulence, which is the key to realizing low-noise operation. Noise is strictly controlled within 49-52 dB while maintaining strong wind power. The recessed installation position is right above doorways, making the airflow reach the ground more effectively and maximizing isolation effect.
Different duct specifications are matched for 900mm, 1200mm and 1500mm three sizes, to adapt to doorways of different widths. The whole structure is compact and firm, not easy to deform after long-term operation. Thanks to professional aerodynamic design, this air curtain achieves perfect balance of wind speed, coverage, silence and stability, standing out among similar commercial air barrier products.
