Both internal and external welding are carried out using American Lincoln electric welding machines for single or double wire submerged arc welding, and active submerged arc welding is applied during strip steel docking and pipe body repair welding to achieve extremely stable and reliable welding quality.
Using an air plasma cutting machine to accurately cut steel pipes into single pieces, with smooth and efficient cuts.
Each batch of steel pipes must undergo a strict final inspection system, including weld mechanical properties, chemical composition, fusion condition, steel pipe surface quality, and non-destructive testing, to ensure that the pipe manufacturing process is 100% qualified before leaving the factory.
