Automatic CNC Vertical Ring Rolling Machine Stable Operation Wide Range Of Applications
The DRC-D51K series fully automatic CNC vertical ring rolling machine developed by our company achieves unmanned operation of the entire machine by configuring the loading and unloading manipulator and robot system. This equipment has been comprehensively upgraded on the basis of traditional CNC ring rolling machines, using servo motors driven by reducers to achieve precise rolling. This driving method effectively reduces the impact of temperature fluctuations on feed rate, significantly improving the accuracy and system stability of motion control.
The control system uses PLC as the core processing unit and monitors the entire processing flow in real-time based on the process parameters set by the touch screen. The system precisely controls the electro-hydraulic proportional valve through a digital to analog conversion module to adjust the stroke position of the hydraulic cylinder, and obtains real-time position feedback through an encoder interface. During the rolling process, the grating ruler monitors the size changes of the ring in real time, and automatically enters the rounding stage when the preset value is reached.
The ring rolling machine is mainly composed of the following parts: main transmission box, body, main roller slider, centering mechanism, measuring device, hydraulic system, hydraulic pipeline, control system, lubrication system, cooling system, and foundation.
