CNC Eight Point Welding Machine for PVC Window and door
Features:
1. The melding head adopts special rigidity design which has a rigid structure to increase the welding range and suit to the complex window.
2. Horizontal layout and adopts the strengthened rigidity design ensures firm and stable structure.
3. The moving part of melding head adopts imported linear bearing motion pair which ensures the working precision.
4. Adopts particular surface positioning system which can ensure the high precision.
5. Particular Know-How technology increases the strength of the welding corner.
6. The time of the heating starts from the time of the heating plate fixed at the right place which is in accordance to the criterion of European welding style.
7. It can fix four kinds of V-type welding head at the right place automatically, easy adjustment.
8. 2mm general welding and 0.2mm colored profile seamless welding is available and can be transferred by adjustment.
9. Adopts roller type device to change welding cloth to shorten time.
10. Controlled by imported seven-axes CNC system which can compensate the error of the size, which further increases the precision of the welding size.
11. The whole machine adopts high quality electrical and pneumatic components and mechanical parts which makes it reliable.
12. High speed automatic feeding system increases the production efficiency.
13. The height of operation table and machine ensures aesthetics and ergonomics which can reduce labor intensity.
