1. Puff making machine description
ZKS900 puff pastry machine can be used to produce kinds of pastry frozen dough as the croissant , frozen laminated dough and semi-finished pastry dough sheet .
To make the laminating line full automation , 2 sets of freezers could be assembled into the line ,
the temperature of each freezer is adjustable independently , the dough sheet would automatically pass through the freezers to reach the temperature you may need .
