1. Pita Line introduction
ZLINE provides turnkey solution for Arabic pita making , from dough mixer until package machines .be able to handle different kind of pita dough that
with different water contain (around 60% ) , to guarantee perfect performance and good product quality ;

Dough hopper – satellite – cross roller – calibrator 1 – calibrator 2 – pita cutter – scrap dough return – proffer – tunnel oven – spiral cooler – package
machine

1). This pita line for different shape of pita making , round , oval and square ;
2). For different size of bread making , by changing the cutter easily ;
3). The Arabic pita line can handle different water contain of pita dough , 60% ~ 68% ;
4). Tunnel proffer made of 304 stainless steel and PU belt , with humidity and heating system in proffer ;
5). High working efficiency tunnel oven , high temperature and baking in very short time ;
6). Both gas and electrical tunnel oven available ;
7). Stainless steel spiral cooler ; cooling time 25 minutes ;
8). Same make up line is also able to make other similar flatbread such as pizza dough ;
9). Siemens touch screen control system ;
10). Different package solutions , 1 ~ 10 pita per bag ;
