The Cutter Head Suction Dredge is a powerful and versatile river cutter suction dredge designed to efficiently remove sediment, debris, and other materials from waterways. With its cutting-edge technology and robust construction, this cutter dredge offers exceptional performance in various dredging applications.
One of the key features is its impressive Discharge Pipe Diameter of up to 450 mm, allowing for efficient and rapid removal of dredged materials. This large diameter ensures a smooth and continuous flow of materials, increasing productivity and reducing downtime.
Designed as a dismantle type non-self-propelled cutter suction dredge, it's suitable for dredging operation of soil type II~IV, including fine sand, clay, silt, and coarse sand in inland water and coastal areas.
The hull is composed of five pontoons (one main and four side pontoons) made of full steel welding, combined by specially designed connecting pieces for convenient dismantling and assembly. All main parts can be easily dismantled for transportation by sea, railway or road.
The dredge is equipped with one diesel engine driving the dredge pump and one harbor generator.
The flexible Control System can be operated manually or through remote control, allowing operators to choose the most suitable method based on their preferences and project requirements.
