The tough shell prevents cracking even under repeated collisions or pressure.
The interior is filled with closed-cell polyurethane or EPS foam, providing a secondary layer of flotation. In the event the outer shell is punctured or damaged, the float will continue to function and support the pipeline, reducing the risk of equipment loss or downtime. This feature is essential for high-risk or remote operations.
The float consists of two symmetrical halves joined by high-strength bolts, allowing for rapid installation or removal without special tools. This design reduces setup time and labor costs, especially in field conditions. Custom clamping systems are available to match different pipe diameters, ensuring a tight and secure fit.
