The split-type modular design enables fast installation and removal, making them particularly suitable for temporary or frequently adjusted hose layouts commonly used in ports and shipyards.
At a large commercial shipyard serving bulk carriers and container vessels up to 80,000 DWT, temporary floating hoses were routinely used for ballast water discharge, fire pipeline testing, and equipment flushing during vessel repair and maintenance.
