Hongruntong Marine's Dredge Pipeline is a heavy-duty, engineered rubber conveying system specially developed for high-intensity sand, silt, gravel, and slurry transportation in dredging, land reclamation, port construction, river regulation, and mining tailings delivery.
Built with a multi-layer composite structure consisting of an ultra-wear-resistant inner rubber layer, multi-strength steel wire reinforcement, and a weather- and corrosion-proof outer protective layer, this pipeline provides outstanding durability, pressure stability, and operational safety in long-term, harsh working environments.
Available in diameters from 200mm to 1200mm and customizable lengths up to 12 meters, the pipeline supports high-concentration slurry delivery with solid content up to 75% and flow velocities up to 7m/s, making it highly adaptable for suction and discharge systems on large and medium-sized dredgers.
In 2023, an Australian marine engineering company undertook a coastal navigation channel improvement project, requiring continuous dredging and sediment transportation in an environment with strong waves, high salinity, and coarse sandy seabed.
