Dredge Pipeline is a high-performance slurry and sediment transport system designed for demanding marine and dredging operations. Manufactured using high-strength synthetic rubber compounds combined with multi-layer reinforcement structures such as steel wire spirals or high-tensile textile cords, this pipeline withstands both high internal pressure and external mechanical stress while maintaining flexibility and structural stability.
The specially formulated inner lining resists abrasion caused by sand, gravel, and other solid particles commonly encountered in dredging environments. The outer layer provides excellent resistance against UV radiation, seawater corrosion, and extreme weather conditions, ensuring long-term durability and reliability even in offshore or coastal environments.
