Ceramic Hose is a precision-engineered flexible hose designed for industrial conveying systems where abrasive, corrosive, or particulate-containing media place demanding requirements on the internal lining and structural assembly. The product combines an abrasion-resistant ceramic inner layer with a reinforced rubber body to provide a balanced construction for pressure transfer, controlled flexibility, vibration absorption, and long-term resistance to internal wear.
The ceramic lining provides the principal wear-resistant interface, protecting the reinforced rubber body from direct particle contact while maintaining flexibility. This composite construction separates internal wear protection from external mechanical flexibility, allowing controlled movement while maintaining an abrasion-resistant internal passage.
A phosphate processing facility in Morocco successfully implemented Ceramic Hose for slurry-transfer systems connecting beneficiation equipment with fixed process pipelines. The original flexible connections showed progressive wear at high-velocity locations, requiring frequent inspection and maintenance.
After replacing selected high-wear sections with Ceramic Hose, the facility demonstrated stable resistance to abrasive slurry while accommodating normal pump vibration. The ceramic-lined sections provided durable internal wear surfaces while maintaining required flexibility at pump interfaces.
The project demonstrated the value of combining wear-resistant lining technology with flexible structural design, leading to standardized configurations for comparable connections and more predictable maintenance procedures.

The internal ceramic lining is engineered to withstand repeated contact with hard particles during continuous material transportation. The ceramic elements are integrated into the flexible rubber structure, combining wear characteristics of ceramic materials with the flexibility and impact absorption of reinforced rubber.
Multiple reinforcement layers withstand internal pressure, longitudinal forces, and repeated operational movement. The flexible structure helps isolate equipment vibration and reduces the direct transfer of dynamic loads into adjacent pipework.
Ceramic Hose can be specified with material combinations appropriate to intended chemical and environmental conditions. The ceramic lining provides a chemically stable internal surface, while rubber compounds are selected for specific chemical exposure.
