Dredge Hose is a flexible engineered rubber hose solution developed for industrial material transfer systems requiring controlled flexibility, reliable connection performance, and adaptability to complex installation environments. Unlike rigid pipeline components, this hose is designed to accommodate movement, alignment variations, and dynamic operating conditions while maintaining stable transportation performance.
The hose features a multi-layer composite structure consisting of an abrasion-resistant inner rubber layer, reinforcement layers, and a protective external cover. The inner layer is formulated with specialized rubber compounds to provide resistance against abrasive media while maintaining smooth internal flow characteristics.
