Hongruntong Marine heavy-duty anti-corrosion discharge hose pipe is an industrial-grade rubber pipeline developed for complex working conditions such as river basin dredging, reservoir sediment removal and mining slurry transportation. The product specifications cover DN100-DN800, with single-section length of 3-10 meters and rated working pressure of 1.2-2.5MPa, adopting a super-heavy multi-layer reinforced vulcanization structure to adapt to high-abrasion, corrosive and high-impact industrial slurry transmission scenarios.
An inland mineral processing plant in Indonesia needed to carry out long-term continuous discharge operation of tailings slurry and river sediment. The original ordinary industrial hoses had serious defects in actual operation, with frequent pipeline leakage and failure, resulting in replacement cycles of only 2-3 months.
After adopting Hongruntong heavy-duty anti-corrosion discharge hoses, the new pipeline system showed no inner wall corrosion, local perforation or structural delamination failure after 10 months of continuous industrial operation. The number of pipeline replacements was reduced by 75% compared with the original scheme, and production suspension losses were completely eliminated.

Specially modified anti-corrosion rubber formula resists erosion from weak acid, weak alkali, mineral salt and trace chemical components in mining slurry and polluted river water. Maintains stable chemical structural characteristics in complex corrosive media.
Thickened high-strength fiber reinforcement and enhanced spiral steel wire skeleton form multi-level buffer and pressure-bearing structure. Effectively resists instantaneous impact loads from large-particle ore slag, gravel and hard sediment.
Inner rubber material filled with high-hardness wear-resistant fillers provides excellent anti-scouring and anti-abrasion properties for high-concentration, high-hardness particle mixed slurry.
Optimized outer rubber layer with excellent anti-scratch, anti-collision and weather aging resistance. Withstands mechanical friction, riverbed rock collision and long-term outdoor exposure.
The specially customized anti-corrosion inner rubber can stably resist the erosion of weak acid, weak alkali and mineral salt media in mining slurry, with no chemical aging or structural damage after long-term contact.
The highest customized pressure grade can reach 2.5MPa, with a 3:1 safety burst factor, meeting high-pressure pulse output load of mining high-power slurry pumps.
The thickened multi-layer reinforcement and buffer structure effectively decomposes impact force of large-particle hard media, avoiding local rupture and deformation.
The outer rubber has excellent weather aging resistance, adapting to long-term outdoor exposure while maintaining stable structural performance.
