FAQ

Q1. What voltages you can do? If you can make special voltages?

A: Almost all kinds of 3 phase industrial voltages we can make. But for special voltages, we have a big MOQ and maybe price will be a little higher. Our normal voltage is 380v / 3Ph / 50Hz.

Q2. I want to use our own brand, is it ok?

A: Of course it's ok. We can make OEM products and also can provide our own brand products. It's all by your request. And we also welcome every agent all over the world.

Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods with foam and wrap with PE film. If buyer wants to pack them with wooden frame/wooden box, we can also pack as per buyers' request that expenses covered by the buyers. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
