As the disposable sacrificial core component of the whole anchor system, ESSF button drill bits directly determine drilling penetration speed, hole forming quality and overall project consumable expenditure. The reserved central hollow passage with 70mm inner diameter is a core optimized design of this ESSF bit. During drilling construction, compressed air or clean water can smoothly circulate through the hollow anchor bar and the bit inner hole to flush out rock cuttings and gravel residues in real time; once drilling reaches the designated depth, high pressure cement grout can be injected instantly through the same channel.
The one piece hollow self drilling anchor bolt realizes three core construction procedures in a single operation: rock drilling, ground anchoring and pressure grouting, which greatly shortens the construction cycle of slope stabilization, tunnel forepoling and underground mine roof support.
Unlike reusable conventional rock drill bits designed for long service life, ESSF series bits belong to disposable sacrificial drill accessories, which will stay at the bottom of the borehole permanently after anchor installation.
