This customized rock reaming tool set consists of two core components: a 102mm 12° taper degree reamer bit with 12×12mm tungsten carbide buttons and an R32 - 40mm 12° taper degree pilot adapter. The standardized parameter design ensures perfect compatibility with conventional top hammer drilling systems, meeting diverse rock reaming operation requirements.
To guarantee superior wear resistance and impact toughness in harsh rock drilling environments, our reaming bits are forged from high strength alloy steel and equipped with high quality tungsten carbide inserts of international standard grade. Different from ordinary press fitting processes, we apply precise hot thermal insertion technology to fix carbide buttons tightly on the bit body. This mature processing method effectively prevents button falling off during high intensity drilling, greatly extending the service life of the reaming tool and reducing overall construction costs.
The integrated reaming bit features a dual functional structure, including a front drill cutting section and a main reaming section, realizing one stop pilot hole drilling and diameter expansion. Multiple flutes are distributed on the bit body, with sharp cutting edges processed at the flute ends to complete preliminary rock breaking.
For optimized reaming accuracy, each flute surface is designed with a first relief at a specific inclination angle, forming the primary reaming cutting edge. Meanwhile, a secondary relief is seamlessly arranged at the junction of the first relief and the reaming section. With a smaller inclination angle than the first relief, this dual angle relief structure effectively reduces drilling resistance, improves hole wall smoothness, and ensures high-precision borehole enlargement without deviation.
