Henglong T45 thread button bits and T45 retrac bits are premium hard rock drill bits for open pit mines, quarries and underground drilling. Available in standard, retrac flat face and retrac drop center styles, with diameters from 70mm to 102mm.
Made of 45CrNiMoVa alloy steel with YK05 cemented carbide buttons. CNC precision T45 threads fit T45 MF rods and couplings. Retrac skirt design solves borehole collapse and bit jamming issues in fractured rock, fault zones and clay strata.
Our bit bodies combine superior hardness and great toughness to withstand repeated impact loads. Even in abrasive granite and broken rock strata, the bit body absorbs impact energy reliably and avoids cracking.
YK05 carbide buttons feature outstanding transverse rupture strength that prevents button chipping and breakage during percussive drilling, lengthening regrinding cycles and maintaining stable penetration rates.
The retrac skirt design is specifically tailored for unstable ground prone to hole collapse, including fractured rock, fault zones and clay interbedded formations. Ribbed skirts ream the borehole while pulling back the drill string, clearing debris for smooth withdrawal and preventing drill string stuck loss or rod fracture.
Every T45 drill bit features precision CNC machined internal threads, directly compatible with standard T45 MF extension rods and T45 couplings. Strict thread tolerance control ensures maximum impact energy transfer to the bit face with no energy loss from loose joints.
