Local aging of elastomer occurs frequently in conventional downhole motors because the elastomer thickness of conventional downhole motor is different. The elastomer are worn not evenly. That leads to a power section failure soon. This problem is solved greatly in Even Wall Thickness downhole motors. The elastomer of even wall thickness downhole motor is the same. It is worn evenly in drilling operation so it extends the working life greatly. Even wall thickness downhole motors also provide 50% more toque than conventional downhole motors and longer working life in directional well drilling.
