Introduction
Mud desanders have been a mainstay product of ours that is constantly in demand from our clients. TR Solids Control’s TRCS series desanders rectify the shortcomings of traditional desanding processes. They are made up of an inlet pipe, desanding hydrocyclone, underflow shaker and discharge port. Our desanders excel with high-quality hydrocyclones, large capacity, low noise, strong separation ability, long service time, and easy maintenance. They are increasingly gaining popularity among our clientele.
TR Desander cyclone components are made from high-chromium cast iron or pure polyurethane materials, which our customers can choose from independently. We can also interchange them with international brands. The TRCS series mud desanders demonstrate high separation ability and a wide separation range, being capable of removing solid particles ranging from 45 um to 1mm. The underflow cyclone is pressurized umbrella “wet bottom” design, which facilitates the prompt discharge of particles in the separation zone, reducing the chances of blockage.
