Product Introduction
Our TRCN series desilter is a crucial piece of solids control equipment in the drilling mud system, used to effectively remove particles between 15-47um. Based on the treating capacity requirements of our clients, we offer a range of cone options to choose from.
Our mud desilter is designed with the principles of particle sedimentation in mind. As the separation medium - the drilling fluid - passes through the centrifugal pump, it gains some pressure and speed, and is directed into the hydrocyclone along the wall. The larger solid particles in the hydrocyclone spiral downwards under the combined forces of centrifugal force and gravity, and are discharged through the bottom flow hole, falling onto the underlying micromesh for separation. The other mediums, rising along the spiral of the hydrocyclone, are directed into the fourth class separation equipment - centrifuge - for further cleaning treatment via the overflow hole.
