Brief Introduction
Drilling fluids vertical cutting dryer is a kind of drying machine for treating slurry in oilfield. It can be called vertical centrifuge from its structure. It is characterized by advanced design, efficient treatment and long service life. Vertical cutting dryer belongs to a kinds of environmental equipment among oilfield mud solids control equipment.
Vertical cutting dryer is a very important solids control equipment in drilling waste management. It can deal with a large numbers of waste sediment efficiently and fastly, and reduce oil and water content of the cuttings effectively. After treatment, the oil content (OOC) of cuttings is below 5%. They are up to the international drilling fluid cuttings discharge standard, and meet the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements.
TR vertical cutting dryer is the newest drilling waste equipment. It is mainly used in oil sector, and especially redehydrates those drilling cuttings from shale shaker in solids control system. It is also used in recovery of valuable drilling fluid and decreasing moisture content of drilling cuttings in order to lower the cost of drilling cuttings harmless disposal.
