Main Introduction
TR mud gun is used to provide primary mixing inside mud tank. Due to the number and pit size, the treatment effect will differ accordingly. They are usually adopted to clean the wall tube and every corner of the tank in order to prevent the solids from sediment in the mud tank. It is usually matched with mud agitator to finish the whole process of agitation.
Mud guns are used to stir the compartments or bulkheads and are generally used in conjunction with mud agitator, theoretically after the last solid phase control. In the solid control system, drilling fluid or drilling mud are sprayed and stirred by mud gun. It can stir the mud of tank bottom uniformly, especially inside the sub-warehouse under the last solid phase control equipment.
The role of the mud gun is the use of three-cylinder pump or centrifugal pump to provide a certain pressure to impact the bottom of the tank sediment, and then stir the mixer to mix the drilling fluid, it can also be used to clean the bottom of the sediment.
