Product Overview
Casing scraper is mainly used in cleaning cement, sand, residual bullets,rag, and other objects on the casing inner surface. Keeping casing inner surface cleaning. in order to trip all kinds of downhole tools. ln addition, packer and other similar tools also need a clearing casing inner surface, the objects on the casing inner surface will hinder the normally working of these tools.
Maintaining a clean casing is important during drilling operation, fishing or wireline tools. Likewise, packers, patches, spears, and similar tools require clean surfaces to grip. Obstructions on casing walls frequently cause these tools to fail or become difficult to operate.
This unique body design aslo allows for ease of maintenance and dressing of the tool. All casing scrapers can easily set for positive or spring loaded scaping action. Even when set positive to drift, the spring loaded design will effectively scrape multi-weighted casing within the well. All blades are cast steel and heat treated to provide long lasting service life.
