Jet Mud Mixer is this kind of equipment to match with drilling solids control equipment, generally used for mixing and adjusting the proportion of drilling fluid, changing the density, viscosity and water loss etc. It has much excellent operation if being matched with shear pump, and also can be designed to single or double jet mud mixer as the clients’ requirements.
Jet mud mixer is a piece of equipment used together with solids control system together. It can meet the requirements of drilling fluid weighting and mixing for solids control system of 1,500 m to 7,000 m drilling. This equipment is a single jet mixer combined with 45 Kw (or 55 Kw) sand pump and a jet mud hopper or a double jet mixer of two pumps and two hoppers. It features as safe performance and convenient transportation.
